John C. Custer, 70, who has served as Chairman of the Board, will continue to serve as a Board member for the Company.
Donald E. Nigbor, 53, will become the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Don was a Co-Founder of the Company and served as President of the Company since its formation in 1986. In his new role, Nigbor will continue his focus on the strategic positioning of Benchmark.
Cary T. Fu, 52, will become President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Fu was a Co-Founder of the Company and served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since its formation in 1986. In his new role, Fu will assume responsibility for the day-to-day direction and business operation of Benchmark.
In addition, Gayla J. Delly, 41, will become the Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Delly will continue her responsibilities as Treasurer and Vice President Finance. She has worked at Benchmark since 1996.
